We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer and vendor relationships, ensuring the seamless execution of orders, and maintaining high standards of service and product quality.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer and Vendor Communication:
Communicate with customers and vendors to understand their requirements for custom jerseys and other sportswear products.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
2. Design Creation and Approval:
Collaborate with customers to create designs that meet their specifications and preferences.
Present design concepts to customers and vendors for approval.
Make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Order Management:
Generate and manage invoices for orders.
Coordinate the order processing workflow from initial request to final delivery.
Ensure all order details are accurately documented and communicated to relevant departments.
4. Production and Delivery Follow-Up:
Monitor the production status of orders to ensure timely completion.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.
Confirm delivery dates and ensure orders are dispatched on time.
5. Payment and Dispatch:
Confirm payment details with customers and ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately.
Oversee the dispatch of products, ensuring they are packaged securely and delivered as per the customer's requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the sportswear or apparel industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
