Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager for Burger Singh, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint by identifying, evaluating, and securing prime locations for company-owned and franchise stores. This dynamic role encompasses a range of responsibilities, from location scouting and analysis to deal closure and ongoing relationship management with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Location Scouting and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for new stores.
- Evaluate the demographic, economic, and competitive landscape to determine the viability of each potential site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
2. Property Shortlisting and Negotiation:
- Shortlist the most suitable properties based on established criteria and business requirements.
- Lead negotiations with property owners, developers, and landlords to secure favorable lease terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during negotiations.
3. Technical Feasibility Check:
- Collaborate with technical teams to conduct feasibility assessments for selected locations.
- Address any technical challenges or requirements related to the construction and setup of new stores.
4. Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with malls, developers, consultants, and landlords.
- Work closely with external partners to foster collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise during the development process.
5. Deal Closure:
- Oversee the end-to-end deal closure process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
6. Execution of Deals and Payments:
- Monitor and facilitate the smooth execution of deals, including coordinating store setup activities.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payments to landlords and other stakeholders.
7. Franchise Support:
- Extend support to franchisees in identifying and securing suitable locations.
- Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards and guidelines during the location selection process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s/PG degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, real estate, or a similar role within the QSR industry.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local real estate markets and regulations.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.

Location: The base location for this role is Gurgaon, with frequent travel required throughout India.
