Job Summary :
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and executing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
• Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
• Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and potential opportunities to the management team.
• Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
