: Building Supervisor (Civil Engineer)

Overview: We are seeking a motivated Building Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in construction project supervision and management.

Responsibilities: As a Building Supervisor (Civil Engineer), your responsibilities will include:

• Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating construction activities and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure construction work complies with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, including managing contractors, vendors, and site personnel.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of construction progress, materials used, and project expenditures.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve site issues and challenges promptly to minimize delays and ensure project continuity.
• Client Communication: Assist in communicating project updates and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD or other design software is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally in construction project management.
