Responsibilities of Community Manager\xe2\x96\xaa Dedicated Experience Delivery Role to interact with Client and Senior Leadership & drive Engagement and deliver Integrated Experience. \xe2\x96\xaa Perform regular audits and assessments of the workplace including floors/Pantry /Reception. \xe2\x96\xaa Manage a team of Front Office Executive along with Experience Ambassador and assign them duties related to Reception Management floor management and Employee Engagement. \xe2\x96\xaa Manage Assign and Audit Front House team on VMS related activates and reconciliation daily. \xe2\x96\xaa Maintain and share Site wise Client Visit tracker (Silver /Gold/Platinum) \xe2\x96\xaa Creating and Scheduling & Manage 52 CRM calendar site wise and ensure monthly connects are conducted as planned. \xe2\x96\xaa Ensure closure of all snag are done in Turnaround time. \xe2\x96\xaa Conduct SM & MD and Platinum connects, Be in Touch with the issue of the moment. \xe2\x96\xaa Serve as the primary point of contact with employees, Senior Leadership. \xe2\x96\xaa Monitor Reception and common guest areas are well maintained. \xe2\x96\xaa Warm welcoming greeting providing high touch experience for your guests and employee \xe2\x96\xaa Develop and recommend initiatives that drive positive workplace feedback and employee engagement \xe2\x96\xaa Community Manager will be required to track all complaints and escalations and report performance monthly. \xe2\x96\xaa Analyze both Positive and negative feedback collected by Experience Ambassador and recommend follow up where improvement can be made. \xe2\x96\xaa Create profile of Senior Leadership and track their preference.Location:On-site \xe2\x80\x93Navi Mumbai, MHIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all of the requirements.
