• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, Be in a smart attire commensurate with company\xe2\x80\x99s policy.
• Take handover from previous shift supervisor \xe2\x80\x93 Note down if any pending points
• Take daily site rounds as per facility checklist and log observations and initiate corrections.
• Check daily record of electrical parameters at various location & check if any variation.
• If any variation found highlight to seniors
• Take through round of facility and not the observations and complete if possible. If it is not rectified by in house team, after discussion with seniors involve vendor partner
• Communicate verbally and in written observing outmost courtesy and professionalism
• Ensure site team or vendor staff are observing safe work methods and using appropriate PPE
• Ensure H&S standards are maintained at site and Assist in Fire evacuation.
• Ensure Meeting Rooms equipment are functional
• Preparation of Monthly Consumables consumption data. Highlight if any spares consume more.
• Event Management /Meeting Room Arrangements /Port Arrangements

• Briefing of technical staff with help of executive to improve the services.
