To carry out all engineering & operational procedures.\xc2\xb7 To liaise with local authorities (M&E related) for facility related issues and for all statutory related compliances at all times.\xc2\xb7 To liaise with the vendors for maintenance/service practices of M&E contactors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper functioning of the following system in the facilitya. All Electrical Systemsb. All HVAC systemc. All PAC\xe2\x80\x99sd. Water, Plumbing, Sanitary Systemse. Elevators/Liftsf. Cafeteria equipment\xe2\x80\x99s\xc2\xb7 To ensure that all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with OEM & Accenture are followed.\xc2\xb7 Daily inspection of log books, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc. for a better management of engineering systems.\xc2\xb7 To ensure an uptime of 100% and set up the practices to deliver seamless service to Accenture\xc2\xb7 To update and maintain all statutory documents like Fire, Explosive, Pollution Control, etc. related to M&E operations.\xc2\xb7 To initiate energy management program for reducing the cost on utilities.\xc2\xb7 Handle (if needed) small renovation projects from initiation to completion\xc2\xb7 To ensure and guide the technical staff for closures for all Workplace technical issues in the facility\xc2\xb7 To adhere to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedule.\xc2\xb7 To maintain consistency on agreed SLA & KPI with the client.\xc2\xb7 To participate during emergency evacuation procedure and manage all health & safety issues.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and collate data related to vendor performance and escalate as required.\xc2\xb7 Track the usage of e-fit facility tool (IMT, VMT, Sites ops modules, Site Inspection Tool) as per defined scope.\xc2\xb7 Track all PM work orders in on monthly basis.\xc2\xb7 To go for facility walk around and ensure Walk around map & Guide is followed and maintained.\xc2\xb7 To assist FM/ AFM in all such Internal/ External, audits that happen at Endurance and ensure necessary documentation are done.\xc2\xb7 All the relevant checklist to be governed and maintained as per requirement.Additional activities:\xc2\xb7 New initiatives\xc2\xb7 Managing site operations in absence of Assistant Facility Manager.\xc2\xb7 Assisting AFM/ Transport Executive during crisis situation/BCPLocation:On-site \xe2\x80\x93Mumbai, MHIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all of the requirements.
