Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of soft services, including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, and other related facility services. Ensure service levels meet or exceed agreed-upon standards.
Customer Satisfaction: Proactively engage clients to assess their satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams, including Facility Managers, to ensure effective service coordination and execution. Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Contract Compliance: Ensure all services delivered comply with contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs). Conduct regular audits to identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
Financial Management: Monitor budgetary performance, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to clients.
Vendor and Supplier Management: Oversee relationships with vendors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Evaluate vendor performance and initiate improvement actions if necessary.
Health and Safety: Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure all services comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery, processes, and technology.
