Location: Riverdale Aerovista, Sales Office, Adjoining Aerocity, Near Dyalpura, Mohali, 140603
Skills Required: -
• Education Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in handling residential projects, with expertise in MEP systems, including transformers, LT/HT lines, STP, HVAC, AC installations , and CCTV systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance practices.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Strong supervisory skills with experience in managing and training maintenance staff, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
