Contractual Opportunity:
A 6-month contractual position for a building design planner. No architectural credentials required. The role involves designing and collaborating with a construction team on various projects, including professional office spaces, event and hospitality spaces, and interior and landscape renovations.

Working days: Monday to Saturday


Scope of Work for this 6-Month Contract:

1 . Project Analysis and Design • Site Evaluation: Analyze existing site conditions and spatial constraints for all project locations.
• Concept Development: Create preliminary designs, sketches, and 3D models to convey the vision for each structure (e.g., workspaces, cabins, hospitality areas).
• Space Planning: Optimize layouts for kitchens, dining areas, conference rooms, workstations, and living cabins to ensure functionality and aesthetics.

2. Design Development • Detailed Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Material Specification: Identify appropriate materials (e.g., bamboo, metal frames) considering sustainability, durability, and budget constraints.
• Utility Planning: Ensure the integration of essential utilities (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC) into the design.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.

3 . Coordination with Construction and Infrastructure Team • Team Collaboration: Work with the team to refine designs and incorporate feedback.
• Construction Oversight: Provide guidance to contractors during the construction phase to ensure adherence to the design intent.





Specific Deliverables Over the Next 6 Months.




Interior and exterior renovation of Residential Property into Office Space :• Detailed layouts for kitchens, dining areas, workstations, restrooms, and 2 conference rooms.
• Optimized workstation designs for hybrid and training purposes.

Design modern wooden cabins and event spaces for a farm setting • Architectural designs for one large and two small Tiny Cabins, integrating metal frames and hospitality-focused interiors.
• Landscaping plans for pathways, retaining walls, and recreational areas.

Spaces for training and events. • Layouts for toilets, mini cafe, parking, and bamboo glamping setups.
• Designs for pathways, retaining walls, and eco-friendly tents.

Workspace Optimization. • Space plans for IT setup , hardware storage , and productivity-driven workstations .
• Design of storage solutions for onboarding/offboarding materials and IT hardware.
• Creation of workspace layouts designed for growth and team expansion .
• Terrace Cabin : Design of portable, space-efficient cabins for flexible hybrid use.
• Conference Room in Kohima Space : Optimized layouts for collaboration, meetings, and team interaction.


Outcomes Expected • Completion of deliverables within the specified timeline.
• Designs that meet functional requirements, budget constraints, and aesthetic standards.
• Fully operational cabins and workspaces optimized for their intended use


Work Environment: • You'll be joining a dynamic infrastructure, woodworking, and electrical team and report to the head of Chillibreeze Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: • Develop iterative 3D designs using tools such as SketchUp and CAD.
• Optimize concepts and workspaces through iterative 3D design and drafting applications.
• Collaborate closely with the construction team to execute multiple projects.
• Integrate sustainable materials and innovative solutions into design plans.
• Actively participate in project management meetings, planning, and troubleshooting to ensure timely project delivery.
• Uphold high design standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Benefits
