Job Description

: As a Building BMS Operator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling the Building Management System of the property. You will be responsible for maintaining an accessible, safe, and energy-efficient environment for the tenants and occupants. This role will require you to work closely with the Facility Management/HR/Admin teams of all tenants to ensure the seamless operation within the property. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring: Monitor the Building Management System to ensure the proper functioning of HVAC, Lighting, Parking - Security Management, Entry-Exit Manning, DG, Exhaust, Facility Staffing, Transformers and other critical systems. System Maintenance: Perform preventive, periodic & pro-active inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the all components-equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, including sensors, controllers, and software. Alarm Handling: Respond promptly to alarms and alerts generated by the BMS, identifying and addressing issues such as temperature fluctuations, equipment malfunctions, or security breaches. Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-saving strategies through the BMS to optimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data generated by the BMS to identify trends and make recommendations for system improvements. Coordination: Collaborate with the Facility Management/HR/Admin teams of all tenants to ensure that building systems meet the needs of clients and occupants. Documentation: Vast experience in maintaining accurate records of BMS activities, including maintenance logs, alarm reports, and system configurations. All documents related to due diligence, regulatory-government mandated periodic renewals will also have to be maintained. Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond to emergencies or system failures promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of building occupants. Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for system upgrades, repairs, and installations. Compliance: Ensure that all BMS operations adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From 25,000.00 per month Schedule:
