We are always moving forward \xe2\x80\x93 always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.The RoleYour roleAs Kyndryl marketing operations professional, your role will focus overseeing all financial aspects of marketing team, ensuring financial health through strategic planning, monitoring, and analysis of budgets.Key Responsibilities:Budget Planning and Development:Develop comprehensive budgets aligned with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.Collaborate with CMO\xe2\x80\x99s to gather budgetary requirements and forecasts.Ensure budgets are realistic, achievable, and support long-term financial sustainability.Budget Monitoring and Analysis:Monitor expenditure against budgets and analyze variances.Provide timely and accurate financial reports to senior management.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for financial optimization.Financial Compliance and Controls:Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Conduct regular audits and reviews to mitigate financial risks.Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to align budgetary goals with organizational objectives.Provide guidance and support to departmentDevelop and manage comprehensive budgets for multiple countries or projects within the organization.Work closely with CMO to understand their budgetary needs and constraints.Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.Prepare regular reports and presentations on budget status, forecasting trends, and financial performance metrics for senior management.Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize resource allocation.Assist in the preparation of financial models and scenarios for future business planning.Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements regarding budgeting and financial management.Collaborate with the finance team to streamline budgeting processes and improve efficiency.Provide guidance and training to department managers on budget management best practices.Future at KyndrylEvery position at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career.
