We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to drive client engagement and sales in the insurance and mutual funds sectors. This role requires strong communication skills, fieldwork, and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell insurance products to clients, enhancing their financial security and maximizing sales potential.
Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Conduct regular visits to potential and existing clients to present our insurance and mutual fund products and address their needs.
Actively engage with clients, explain product benefits, and persuade them to make informed decisions about their financial options.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell insurance products to clients, enhancing their financial security and maximizing sales potential.
Develop strategies to attract new clients through networking, referrals, and community events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to client acquisition.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
