: BTL Marketer
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies in alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to effectively reach and engage them.
• Plan and allocate budgets for BTL activities ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Execution of BTL Campaigns:
• Coordinate the execution of BTL campaigns including events, promotions, sponsorships, direct mail, in-store promotions, and guerrilla marketing.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and agencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of BTL activities.
• Ensure that all campaigns comply with legal regulations and brand guidelines.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for BTL activities.
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform campaign strategies.
• Use data and insights to measure the effectiveness of BTL campaigns and make informed decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales teams to align BTL activities with sales objectives and strategies.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams (e.g., digital, ATL) to ensure integrated and cohesive campaigns.
• Coordinate with product teams to understand product features and benefits for effective communication in BTL activities.
Monitoring and Reporting:
• Track and monitor the performance of BTL campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and present reports on campaign outcomes, learnings, and recommendations for future activities.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback.
Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of BTL marketing professionals.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and tactics.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
