Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate in engineering, eager to learn and grow within the engineering field. This position is a government-based apprenticeship, which means candidates will receive both technical and non-technical training. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, candidates will be rewarded with an official certificate from the government. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior engineers, gaining hands-on experience across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior engineers in both technical and non-technical day-to-day operations and projects. Learn about different engineering processes and techniques in a practical setting. Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions. Work on troubleshooting and problem-solving of technical issues. Contribute to project management activities, including planning and documentation. Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and technical records. There will be a 12hrs shift in the company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project support.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B-Tech/B.E.) in any stream (preferably Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Electronics). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
