We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including office and field work, handling requests from various stakeholders, and managing administrative duties . Responsibilities: Office and Field Work: \xe2\x97\x8f Execute assigned tasks both within the office and in the field as required . \xe2\x97\x8f Handle any requests or errands that arise during fieldwork, which may include market visits or other miscellaneous tasks. CEO\'s Personal Tasks: \xe2\x97\x8f Assist the CEO with personal tasks and errands, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling personal matters. Farm Management: \xe2\x97\x8f Oversee and manage tasks related to the CEO\'s farm, ensuring it is well-maintained and operational. \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for farm-related activities. Administrative Work: \xe2\x97\x8f Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing documents. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations by providing administrative support as needed. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role preferred. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure. \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software . \xe2\x97\x8f Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
