Job Description

:

1. Providing consultative support to clients on all products and services, promptly resolving any issues or queries they may have.

2. Rapidly responding and managing situations that could negatively impact client relationships.

3. Conducting detailed analysis of how clients utilize the platform to maximize its value and guide them towards more effective and beneficial uses.

4. Reviewing FX pricing from Liquidity providers.

5. Overseeing the company's internal trading technology infrastructure, including execution, pricing, and hedging engines, liquidity aggregators, and our proprietary trading infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient trading operations.

6. Closely monitoring all essential dealing systems, including trading systems, proxy servers, Windows servers, aggregators, pricing engines, and third-party plugins. Take proactive measures to detect and address issues promptly, ensuring system stability.

7. Regularly performing health and performance checks on all trading platforms and systems to maintain optimal efficiency and reliability.

8. Managing the process of corporate actions, swaps, and other daily operational tasks as required. Contribute to the smooth functioning of trading operations.

9. Investigating trade-related issues comprehensively, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or problems.

10. Handling escalations and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers. Ensure efficient communication and resolution of issues.

Plus to Have :

1. Understanding of financial markets & financial technologies.

2. Work experience in the financial services industry.

3. Prior experience in trading operations or a dealing role, particularly with MetaTrader 4/5, is a plus.

4. Proficiency in investigating issues using logs and creating simple database queries using SQL.

Requirements:

? Min 2-3 years experience in investment banking , capital markets , brokerage technology.

? Previous relevant experience will be considered an advantage, but not a requirement (full training will be provided).

? Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Formulas: SUM/ VLOOKUP/ PIVOT TABLES)

? Strong numerical and analytical skills.

? Bachelor's degree in finance , banking , financial markets will be considered.

? Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English is necessary.

? Outstanding problem-solving abilities, exceptional analytical skills, and effective time management are crucial.

? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a keen desire for continuous self-learning are essential traits.
