• Providing consultative support to clients on all products and services, promptly resolving any issues or queries they may have.
• Rapidly responding and managing situations that could negatively impact client relationships.
• Conducting detailed analysis of how clients utilize the platform to maximize its value and guide them towards more effective and beneficial uses.
• Reviewing FX pricing from Liquidity providers.
• Overseeing the company's internal trading technology infrastructure, including execution, pricing, and hedging engines, liquidity aggregators, and our proprietary trading infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient trading operations.
• Closely monitoring all essential dealing systems, including trading systems, proxy servers, Windows servers, aggregators, pricing engines, and third-party plugins. Take proactive measures to detect and address issues promptly, ensuring system stability.
• Regularly performing health and performance checks on all trading platforms and systems to maintain optimal efficiency and reliability.
