We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing real estate transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

•Key Responsibilities:•

•Lead Generation and Prospecting:•

- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, online platforms).

- Qualify and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

•Client Relationship Management:•

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Provide clients with detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and legal aspects.

- Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential clients.

•Sales Process Management:•

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,048.86 - ?71,922.78 per month
