Broadband Sales Specialist
Job Description
• Identify and approach potential customers for broadband services.
• Explain broadband plans, features, and benefits to customers.
• Conduct site visits to assess connectivity feasibility.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales leads.
• Assist customers in the application and installation process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
