Job role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Sr. Performance Marketer to grow Brillare\'s presence in digital space in meaningful way and drive revenue growth through efficient and effective performance marketing campaigns across digital mediums - Facebook, Google, SEO, content discovery platforms to name a fewJob Title : Sr. Performance MarketerReporting To : D2C LeadLocation : Ahmedabad (Head Office)Lead Brillare\'s digital efforts through effective performance marketing campaigns including:- Develop and implement Google & Facebook advertising strategies to achieve client or company objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, or sales growth.- Create and manage Google & Facebook ad campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and creative asset selection.- Monitor campaign performance closely, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.- Identify areas for optimization and improvement in campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, and implement new strategies accordingly.- Collaborate with other team members, such as designers and copywriters, to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.- Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Required qualifications2-4 years of experience in performance marketing for a beauty and personal care category or anchoring team leader role digital marketing role in an agencyGraduation + MBA from tier 1 institutesAnalytical Skills: should be able to analyze the overall digital marketing performanceStrategic Skills: SEO/SEM/ Online Marketing, Aware about marketing Database, Display Advertising Campaigns, Maintaining social media presenceTechnical Skills: MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, PPC, email/SMS/affiliate marketing and hands on experience with any performance and social platformEnthusiasm to learn new skills and effectively counter all probable hurdles/barriers and ensure appreciable performance in all KRAsWhat\'s on Offer?- Manage performance marketing efforts for a growing D2C brand- To be a front runner to make the brand a successGood to have- Understanding of PPC (pay per click) marketing and affiliate marketing channels- Revenue growth led campaign performance and spends management skillsWe\'re looking for someone who is- Passionate about growing businesses online- A quick learner and self-starter- Hungry to outperform in a fast-growing environment We are we trying to achieve as team.- Nature is always presented with fruits, flowers and mostly green color.- We are set to redefine this code by establishing the fact that till date, consumers have been fooled by pretty pictures and stories of nature.
