Job Description

• Manage day-to-day activities for operations; ensuring team has adequate support and tools to perform their duties, using SOP checklists to ensure work is completed on time and service level standards.
• Ensure to all policies, procedures, standards specifications, guidelines and training programs, including steps of service and hospitality standards.
• Empower staff to curate an outstanding guest experience
• Building relationships with the team and customers to create affinity for the brand
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
• Work closely with brewing staff to ensure quality control with our draft system, beer education and brewery safety
• Maintain guest communications voicemails, emails reservations, respond to customer reviews and feedback, edit and print menus, maintain the POS system, approve timesheets.
• Maintain the existence of accurate pricing and inventory.
• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with brewery policies and procedures.
• Monitor sales Information, cost of goods, overhead, labour costs, expenses, and profit to ensure successful operations
• Set goals, metrics, and targets for cost of goods sold and events.
• Ensure all necessary supplies are available to the team.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to roll-out marketing promotions, the retail aspect of merchandise program, and customer loyalty program
• Coordinate and execute special events, such as onsite events special night, brewers' dinners, programming, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, large private events, off-site catered event.
• Report to director/chairman to the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per month
