Position Title:Branding & Communication ManagerLocationKolkata, West BengalNo of Position01Experience Required10-20 YearsSalaryUpto 15 LPA(Depends on quality profile we can stretch up to 20% )Job DetailsRoles & Responsibilities: -Develops and implements a communication strategy for the companyOversees corporate communication and branding on various online and print platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, industry magazines, company brochure, video, Literature, technical creative, etc.Manages a team of designers, and content writers, and coordinates with senior management.Oversees the development and maintenance of the corporate website including methods to deliver messages, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; ensures that all content is current and relevant.Provides consistent and timely information to employees through various communication programs.Develops and maintains positive professional relationships with external stakeholders.Assists Executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages.Performs other related duties as assigned.Experience:-The incumbent should have worked in corporate communication for at least 15 years in the Technology industry ; has organisation wide exposure and is from service industry.The incumbent should have been in senior-level roles with similar responsibilities for the last 8 to 15 yearsQualification: MBA or other relevant degrees will be a plus
