Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Strategist to help manage our clients' brand strategy & communications under the guidance of Brand Communication Manager. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for managing and enhancing the communication strategies and initiatives of our clients. You will be responsible for understanding their brand identities, objectives, and target audiences to develop and execute effective communication plans. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with clients to achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for client communications and ensure their needs are met.

2. Developing Communication Strategies:

• Understand client objectives and develop tailored communication strategies.
• Analyze target audiences and create effective messaging to engage them.

3. Content Creation:

• Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.

4. Brand Messaging:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Develop and refine brand voice and positioning.

5. Creative Direction:

• Oversee the creative process for communication materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and other creatives.

6. Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute communication campaigns to promote client brands.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.

7. Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management:

• Monitor brand mentions and media coverage.
• Address any issues that may impact brand reputation.

8. Internal Communication:

• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
• Ensure all team members are aligned with client objectives and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop innovative communication strategies that drive results.
• Proficiency in project management, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and media relations practices.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in brand communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
