In this role, you'll be responsible for developing creative strategies, managing influencer campaigns, and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Support:
• Design professional pitch decks, client presentations, and strategy documents to clearly communicate ideas and strategies.
• Support brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions, offering creative input for campaigns and content.
• Assist in content creation (when necessary), including social media posts, blogs, and other digital assets, to complement campaigns.
Campaign Strategy Development:
• Lead the development of creative concepts and campaigns that align with the brand's goals and target audience.
• Build storyboards, establish campaign goals, and ensure the effective execution of campaigns from start to finish.
• Manage and track the performance of all campaigns, ensuring they meet the established KPIs and generate maximum engagement and brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a strong, consultative relationship.
• Pitch new ideas, campaign strategies, and content plans to clients, offering insights and creative solutions.
• Identify upselling opportunities, ensuring clients are presented with innovative strategies and solutions that help them achieve their objectives.
Influencer Marketing:
• Identify and select influencers that align with client goals, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
• Oversee influencer content creation, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Track and analyze campaign results, providing insights on performance and suggestions for optimization.
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure smooth campaign execution and high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate the timeline of deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure the seamless integration of external resources into the campaign workflow.
Market Trends & Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated on current pop culture trends, industry shifts, and digital marketing innovations, applying this knowledge to craft forward-thinking strategies.
• Regularly analyze competitor activities and industry trends to keep clients' campaigns relevant and competitive in the market.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
• Quickly identify challenges and potential roadblocks in campaigns and adjust strategies without compromising quality or client expectations.
• Collaborate with teams to find solutions and implement changes to improve campaign outcomes, ensuring client satisfaction.
Skills Required:
• Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: You should be able to clearly communicate ideas to clients and internal teams, both verbally and visually.
• Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Expertise in Visual Storytelling: You should have a strong understanding of how to tell compelling stories through visual content, especially on social media and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Influencer Marketing: In-depth knowledge of influencer selection, collaboration, and campaign management.
• Trend Awareness: A keen understanding of pop culture trends and their application to brand storytelling.
• Bonus: Experience with video content creation and editing, adding an extra layer of expertise to enhance campaign strategies.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies for clients across a variety of industries.
Required Experience & Education:
• 2-3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or influencer marketing (preferably within an agency setting).
• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Experience working with a variety of clients across different sectors, such as education, finance, and fashion, is a significant advantage.
