• Expertise in creating campaign ideas tailored for multiple brands, with aability to deep dive to understand of its nuances and competitors.
• Experience in crafting digital and offline brand campaigns.
• Ability to develop film/video insights and write concepts
Key Skills:
• Creative Writing: Strong writing skills in both English and Hinglish.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in ideating and writing in both languages, whether it's writing a Hindi poem or conceptualizing a campaign for Bharat travelers.
• Social Media Expertise: Experience in creating social media content for brands.
• Creative Storytelling: Proven skills in storytelling, social content creation, brand campaign ideation, and user insight analysis.
• Analytical Thinking: Experience in driving digital campaigns and offline ideas.
• Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand briefs and convey them seamlessly to the creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and supervise creative projects.
• Oversee projects from idea inception to execution.
• Maintain brand tone of voice, creative guidelines, and quality standards across all work.
• Collaborate with designers and producers to develop concepts, discuss ideas, and drive execution.
• Manage creative projects, plan timelines, and ensure seamless workflow
• Drive growth in brand storytelling and enhance the brand's online and offline presence.
