About the role: We are looking for a skilled and solutions-oriented Brand Strategist with a strong analytical mind to craft compelling brand stories and strategies that deliver results. The Brand Strategist\'s responsibilities include conducting extensive research, analyzing findings, making recommendations, briefing creatives. The primary goal for someone in this capacity will be to create a unique identity for the brand that resonates with the target audience and differentiates it from competitors. Responsibilities: Responsible for ideation, conceptualization and execution of all marketing campaign and strategic marketing projects for the brand across all marketing channels Creative ability to think outside of of the ordinary and develop memorable IPs and strategies that result in significant impact for the brand Responsible for taking IPs and products to market in a creative and impactful manner Ensuring that marketing campaigns across the board are aligned with the brand\'s vision, tone and values. Proven experience in building an aspirational brand and engaged community Responsible for liaising with partner brands and internal creative teams to execute marketing campaigns in an effective and timely manner Responsible for ideation and execution keeping in mind the pulse of the market, the brand\'s consumers and business goals Self-driven, excellent communication skills, thoughtful, and creative with a strategic mindset A passion for retail, F&B, fashion, entertainment and community Requirements: Degree in business, marketing, branding, communication or related field required Proven experience as a brand strategist or a similar role Analytical and problem-solving mindset Compelling storyteller and strategic thinker Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation 32nd is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome!
