Job Title: Brand Sales Executive - EPC Segment

Job Overview: As a Brand Sales Executive focusing on the EPC segment, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the EPC industry. You will represent our brand, ensuring its visibility and positive association within the EPC sector. Your role will involve strategic collaboration with EPC companies, industry influencers, government agencies, and other relevant organizations to promote our brand, products, and services in the EPC market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with EPC industry stakeholders including electrical switches, wires and cables, boxes and enclosures, distribution switchgears, electrical doorbells, and other electrical accessories.

2. Brand Representation: Serve as the primary point of contact for representing our brand within the EPC segment. Communicate our brand values, vision, and offerings effectively to external stakeholders.

3. Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the EPC industry to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and promotional activities.

4. Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the EPC sector. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation.

5. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows targeting the EPC segment. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop collateral and materials tailored to the needs of EPC industry professionals.

6. Customer Relationship Management: Support customer acquisition and retention efforts by engaging with existing and potential customers in the EPC sector. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in MBA, Engineering, B.Tech, B.E. related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) in brand management, business development, or sales within the buildings materials.
• Strong understanding of EPC products, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
