Job Summary:
As a Brand Representative, you'll promote Cakes&Co's B2B offerings to restaurants, cafes, colleges, and events. Your goal is to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Reach out to restaurants and cafes to pitch B2B cake solutions
- Build relationships with cafe owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Offer tasting samples to prospective clients
2. Event Marketing:
- Research and identify opportunities at colleges, exhibitions, and events
- Coordinate with event managers to secure stalls or partnerships
- Oversee operations on event days
3. Publicity and Promotion:
- Conceptualize publicity ideas for public events
- Execute promotional activities to engage audiences
4. Sales and Customer Service:
- Meet sales targets through effective pitching and relationship-building
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients
5. Reporting and Administration:
- Track and report sales performance, leads, and customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
2. Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Familiarity with the F&B industry (desirable)
6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
