Shape the Gym Personal Trainer Program for Optimum Nutrition (ON)
a. Create and manage a strong community of personal trainers
b. Develop a strong program aimed at converting personal trainers as brand advocates
c. Build a clear set of deliverables for personal trainer program to measure brand advocacy
d. Use a revenue mindset and create plans for maximizing revenue impact from this program2. Establish Icon/Team Talent Management Best Practice
a. Build Icon and Scene Leader talent playbook that sets the standard in best practice on recruitment, on-boarding and deliverables for key talent management
b. Drive higher impact from rosters by delivering beyond the KPIs3. Develop and execute Partnership Strategy for India
a. Continuously map and monitor the partnership landscape to identify prospective partners
b. Build partnerships with top gyms and fitness facilities across metros
c. Work collaboratively with brand teams to establish partnerships as a more central focal point in strategic thinking4. Unlock Earned Media and PR
a. Where applicable seek to unlocked earned media/PR around large scale partnerships through ideas that drive brand fame
