As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of strategies to build and maintain a strong brand identity for our company\'s products or services. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure that all brand initiatives are aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company\'s overall objectives and target audience. This includes identifying brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies.
  • Manage the overall brand identity, including logos, visual elements, and brand guidelines. Ensure consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand\'s message and values to the target audience.
  • Work closely with product development teams to ensure that new products or features align with the brand\'s positioning and meet the needs of the target market.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, perception, and loyalty. Develop reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and initiatives.
  • Oversee all brand communication activities, including advertising, public relations, social media, and content marketing. Ensure that messaging is consistent and resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage the brand budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that will have the greatest impact on brand equity and business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree is a must.
  • Min 3 years of experience in related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for branding and marketing.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: 45,000.00 - 58,485.17 per month Benefits:
