Develop & execute Marcom plan to support brand building, lead generation and sales
Develop brand communication mapped to respective platforms
Plan & develop comprehensive integrated brand campaigns & media plan with agencies
Develop content such as product brochures, product videos, product features material, catalogues and all point-of-sale material
Brand / corporate events design and execution, and corporate communication
Planning, execution and reporting KPIs of all brand activities such as launch events, farmer meets, van campaigns etc.
Develop brand communication guidelines and processes with Field teams
Support field teams in execution of local events/activations for brand visibility and lead generation through SOPs and budgets
Brand equity tracking and measurement, SOE/SOV, competitive benchmarking
Marketing budget planning, tracking and control
Leadership/Team Management Responsibility:Education/Qualifications: MBA (full time)Essential experience and skills:
5-7 years experience in brand marketing/ marketing communications, brand management roles in automotive/ capital goods/ industrial / consumer durables sector
