We're seeking a creative and strategic thinker to lead our content and marketing efforts. As a Brand Manager/Creative Head, you will develop innovative content strategies, art direction, and storytelling for various campaigns, collaborations, and brand growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute creative content strategies, art direction, and storytelling for in-house shoots, user-generated content, and styling reels.
• Collaborate with external consultants to craft distinguished marketing and sales strategies, both online and offline, to fuel brand growth.
• Implement brand-building exercises through compelling content creation.
• Drive personal branding initiatives for founders, enhancing their public profiles and engagement.
• Support website upgrades with content enhancements aimed at driving online growth.
• Coordinate with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, stylists, and makeup artists, for all major campaign shoots.
• Plan and oversee content and styling for influencer collaborations, ensuring brand alignment and impactful storytelling.
• Work closely with social media teams to develop strategic post schedules and storytelling exercises.
• Collaborate with content writers to script engaging voiceovers for shoots.
• Partner with design teams to refine the styling and concept of collections.
• Conceptualize and style events throughout the year, ensuring they align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
• This role is ideal for a creative visionary with a passion for fashion, content creation, and brand storytelling. The Creative Content and Marketing Strategist will be instrumental in shaping the brand's narrative and visual presence, ensuring consistency and innovation in all marketing efforts.
Candidature
• Proven experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
• The person must understand the best practices of all main social media channels, and which content and approaches work on each.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Passionate about people, culture, brands, and storytelling.
• Creative mindset with excellent analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable with all forms of content - videos, photoshoots, editing software etc.
• Adept at handling people and external agencies.
