Role: Brand ManagerExperience: 6 to 8 years of product marketing experienceQualification: MBA - MarketingDepartment: OTC - CHC SegmentIndustry Preference: FMCG, Pharma - OTC, HealthcareJob Location: Sun House, MumbaiAreas of Responsibility: * Develop Brand Strategies and Brand Plans

  • Ideation, development and execution of marketing campaigns that includes mass media, digital, outdoor & on-ground consumer activations and retail visibility initiatives.
  • Execution, Monitoring and controlling all ATL & BTL initiatives for the assigned brand portfolio.
  • Liaising with Creative & Media Partners: Responsible for development of brand and campaign specific creative briefs to ensure relevant communication development.
  • Responsible for development of Media briefs and tracking media deliverables with agencies.
  • Coordinating and follow-up with the agency for all other jobs related to brand like assisting in shoots, arranging material for media releases, raising purchase orders, verifying media bills and carrying out internal follow-up on payments.
  • Sales Promotions: Planning and execution of Consumer Promotions. Continuously monitoring the effectiveness of the promotions. Analysis and Post Evaluation of such Schemes.
  • Tracking Competitor Strategy
  • Coordinating with Research agency on relevant communication strategy of various brands based on various consumer researches across cities.
  • Analyzing the competitor activity through field visits and secondary data sources
  • Compilation of all brand and competitor related information.
  • Developing Competitive Strategies
  • Conceptualization and implementation of strategies to counter competition.
  • Responsible for Effective use of budgeting Norms
  • Allocation of budget for effective executing of marketing campaigns. Also, to keep a track on the same for proper utilization.
  • Understanding Brand trends
  • Thoroughly analyzing the brand sales month wise and identifying yoy growth pattern.
  • Analyze detailed market segmentation (including market research) to focus sales activities towards specific markets.
  • Conduct consumer research, regarding consumption pattern, consumer feedback
  • Execute Market development Inputs
  • Identifying virgin markets / weak markets & develop strategies to develop those markets.
  • Creating and allocation of sales support materials.
  • New Product Development :
  • Identify, develop, and launch new & existing concepts and products supporting the brand portfolio
8. Travel Estimate: 6-7 days in a month
