- Our client is a market leader in the health care segment majorly engaging in developing, manufacturing and marketing of Pharma, OTC and FMCG brands.
Description:
- The role will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.
The responsibilities are as follows:
- Meet and exceed annual business objectives regarding market share, net sales and volumes for the brand portfolio
- Develop and Implement local brand & portfolio strategies in line with the goal and own & deliver the annual marketing plan
- Understand and develop consumer behaviour and identify insights and trends with respect to the brand and lead the development of breakthrough consumer programs
- Develop and deliver distinctive communication strategy and have a deep understanding of traditional and new age media
- Analysis and reporting of market and competitor trends to identify salient business issues
Profile:
- Post-Graduate in Marketing Management/MBA is desired
- 5-9 Years of relevant business experience in Pharma, FMCG or Retail industry will be preferred
- Core Brand Marketing experience along with a passion to drive digital initiatives
