Job Description
The incumbent would be responsible to lead brand management for the legacy brand which owns majority of the market share in its category, with a strong focus on growing the brand portfolio on alternate channels and internationally
- Ideate & contribute in drawing the road map for the Brand in the short term (1-2 Years)
- Discover new / changing insights by working with the CMI Team & Agency to understand evolving consumer needs
- Ideate & contribute to planning of on going projects, initiatives (NPD, Launch, Re-positioning etc.)
- Co-ordinate with Market research agencies, Ad agencies and internal functions on execution of project plan
- Drive on ground execution with Sales function & track success parameters Track Brand Health regularly & highlight information of relevance to upcoming / future work on the brand
- Aid Category Head in the preparation of the Annual budget
- Lead & contribute to streamlining & improving internal processes, routines basis industry Best Practices, developments in the field of Consumer Marketing
- Demonstrated brand experience with MBA degree from Tier 1/2 institutions (2017-2020 batch)
- Experience across ATL. BTL, NPD and marketing communications
- Extensive experience across Foods/Ecommerce/D2C organisations
