Job Title: Brand Manager, & Interior Consultant

About Us:

P'SQUARE Interiors is a renowned home furnishing and furniture company seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead our Kochi operations. We're looking for a talented professional to fill a unique, double -hatted role:

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Manager:

1. Develop and implement local marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.

2. Manage social media, events, and PR initiatives.

3. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

4.Oversee daily operations, sales, and customer service.

5. Achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and enhance customer satisfaction.

6. Manage inventory, logistics, and store displays.

Interior Consultant:

1. Provide expert interior design advice to clients.

2. Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and create personalized design solutions.

3. Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and contractors to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in interior design, marketing, or sales management.

2. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

4. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office.

5. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Interior design or architecture degree.

2. Marketing or business management certification.

3. Experience with furniture and interior design industry.
