Brand Manager
- Develop, drive and execute the Marketing strategy and ensure the strategies are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
- Work with agency partners and define scope of work. Drive the process from brief to execution.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
- Manage on ground initiatives for the championship for brand, on ground visibility and Fan & athlete engagements
- Lead and manage the marketing budgets breaking down by intiatives; Monitor, measure, analyse and take corrective actions.
- Create the process and define the necessary KPIs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage cross function synergies and align organization objectives
An ideal candidate Is someone with :
- 7-8 years of total experience
- 5+ years of solid marketing experience in brand building, trade marketing, event management, digital and traditional media
- Experience in creating and managing budgets and working with multiple agency and vendor partners
- Working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Has experience in project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and
- Worked in a start up or set up roles
- Education background - MBA from a recognized institute
