Roles & Responsibilities :
- Overall custodian of the Brand in the market as well as the driving force of the Brand.
- Drive Brand Equity and strengthen Brand Position.
- Drive ATL and BTL communication across 360 degree integrated marketing plans.
- Handling Influencer Loyalty Program.
- Development of Marketing Communication across Media including Advertising, Packaging, POS, and retail merchandising.
- Development of content assets for Digital (Social Media) and other platforms.
- Handling the retail transformation program.
- Overall responsibility of Media Planning and Buying.
- Leveraging PR as a building block for Brand.
- Brand Support on new product launches and market activations.
- Measuring performance of overall Marketing and Branding efforts.
Skills :
- Demonstrate creative and critical thinking skills.
- Create more efficient and effective partnerships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Interpret and Dissect Consumer Behaviour, uncover consumer trends and dig deep into valuable data to unlock fresh consumer insights.
- Knowledge of latest Consumer and Sales/Marketing/Branding Best Practices.
- Understanding of Key Business Drivers within consumer products in India.
- Deep Understanding of Go-To-Market Strategies and Plans for Products.
- Strong business analytics, relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and channel management skills.
