Brand Manager
An exponentially growing well funded D2C startup is looking out for Brand Manager with strong 5-10 years Brand management experience in Retail Industry.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Work on ideation of new campaigns and planning of the outdoor campaign.
2. Developing advertising and marketing strategies for the company.
3. Developing brand strategies using strong competitive, product analysis and category insight.
4. Planning & execution of monthly campaigns, store wise activation.
5. Develop & implement Media plans for ATL & BTL Activities. Developing strategic brand plans, including objective, strategy, and tactics, ensuring brand growth goals are met.
6. Working towards planning and execution of marketing and branding of new store launches.
7. Building and working on an ROI driven campaign to monitor & measure customer outreach, product, or scheme outreach amongst customers. Drive product and brand engagement activity to ensure brand recall.
8. Working with PR agencies for new product launches, store launches.
9. Supporting stores with BTL Activation & timely roll outs of the BTL elements.
