The company owns 22 plants worldwide and has its own distribution network in 23 countries and they have employed approximately 4,000 people.Job descriptionResponsibilities:

  • Contributes to the development of local strategies consistently with global brand guidelines, ensuring full alignment with category head
  • Lead & contribute to yearly joint business planning from brand to achieve set objectives on the brand
  • Extend the regions within India into a robust market brand plan, collaborating with your local Customer Marketing & Advocacy to deliver maximum impact in-market and deliver annual Brand financial and commercial targets (revenue, profitability, share, equity)
  • Manage A&P budget for the brand/brands of Whisky
  • Lead the in-market delivery of all consumer-facing brand activities and partner with Customer Marketing on all trade-facing activities with executional excellence
  • Lead localization of brand communications plan, including local planning & buying of media with agency partner
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of all Brand activities in your market to optimise A&P spends
  • Ensure that all brand assets developed in the market adhere to Global Brand guidelines and local social responsibility policies and regulations
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of marketing experience in a brand driven multinational
  • Solid experience within the India market is a must
  • Brand management experience preferably with FMCG / luxury background. Drinks and Lifestyle Category experience is an advantage
