Lead - Brand ActivationLocation: BangaloreThe purpose of this role: This role ensures that all programs/events and all the Brand elements are executed as per plan. This role holds the primary responsibility of new store performance & focused store accompanied with launch activities on ground and online.Desired Candidate Profile:The primary role will be of all on ground activations and activities in store, out store and online. Must ensure that execution is done as per plan. Must also hold the competition tracking in terms of presence, pricing and promotions while also holding monthly/ weekly and quarterly meetings. In this position , he/she will be the prime holder of merchandising elements execution / media plan execution pan India and focus on channel wise plans i.e. retail, online and all other brand activation plans in community.What will make you successful in this role?

• Well versed in BTL and ATL activities

This role reports to Marketing ManagerMin. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
