Job Description

Brief:- Assist in all Brand Related functions Offline & DigitalJob Details:

• Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media/Digital
• Assisting with campaign development, considering new product/collection/category launches as well as developing new business opportunities
• Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
• Managing the budget for advertising and promotion. Competitor and customer insights analysis
• Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting through product sales data.

• Candidate with Fashion & LS background, preferably with a background and experience with ethnic wear, who is has handled a 360 profile covering Offline and Digital, which specifically includes ATL, BTL, Media, Social Media & Digital, PR and Events, Collaborations and Associations, and has worked on establishing innovative advertising and promotion concepts. Candidate should be hands on with tasks, and should be able to effectively manage planning and more importantly execution. As we have limited agency support for most of our tasks, we need someone who is street-smart should be able to effectively manage things within the internal ecosystem. An ideal mix of creative mind-set with operational and executional excellence.

• Candidate with Fashion & LS background and experience with ethnic wear is must.
• Total work experience - 12 to 15 yrs
• CTC :- 30 - 35 LPA
