Job Title: Allegra Brand ManagerJob Location: MumbaiDescription- Roles and Responsibilities:
Works as part of the Allegra Brand Team with complete accountability to drive growth in assigned part of portfolio
Localizes E2E experience planning based on a deep understanding of HCPs, patients and consumers along the experience journey.
Builds and executes robust Marketing and Communication Strategy capable of delivering market beating growth for assigned portfolio
Defines local demand plan (sell-out)
Localizes brand assets based on country specificities and manages campaign execution at Zone level
Crafts / Localizes HCP content liaising with MRL for approval and Media & Digital for execution with agencies.
Amplifies relevant omni-channel assets to deliver memorable go-to-market execution locally.
Preparation and execution of launch plans.
Monitor execution with the different stakeholders (media/digital, commercial and trade).
Provides local competitive intel. analysis (activities, campaigns, promos, new launches, prices, etc).
Supporting the Sales team with customer presentations and customer requirements.
Lead innovation projects for the country providing input to Global team and building business cases.
Monitors GTN execution according with the plan (discounts, visibility, customers programs, etc).
Define together with commercial, price and margins according to Global price structure recommendation and assortment x channel.
About you
Experience: 3+ years of brand, marketing, trade (desirable) and general managerial experience. Experience in pharmaceutical industry and consumer goods desirable. Experience in conceptualizing and commercializing innovations will be a plus.
Soft skills: Strong analytical, communication (verbal and presentation) and Creative skills
Technical skills: Marketing & Brand Management, Fluency with Microsoft Office
Education: MBA from a reputed institute. Graduate in B.Pharm / BSc. will be a plus
Languages: English, Hindi
