Job Description

:INNOVATION:You will execute the innovation strategy for the brand and drive each step of the new product development process for your projects.
You will analyze data, market insights, competition and trends to create innovations relevant for the brand.
You will work on formula development Sourcing, claims building, attribute building, technical studies, shades developing and sampling.
You will work and manage relationships with the world\'s largest makeup manufacturers to unlock innovations at competitive prices and drive operations.
You will orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products towards continued growth and animate core categories / products of the brand.
You will be responsible for driving sales forecasting and stock planning with all channel partners.
You will conceptualize, develop and execute disruptive Point of Sale elements in collaboration with the merchandising team.
You will collaborate with the education team to build and promote new techniques, launch new products and excite key success factors.MARKETING:
You will execute brand strategy and drive positioning of the brand.
You will own the marketing budget and be responsible for media planning and media spends.
You will analyze data, market insights, competition and trends to create animations as per brand calendar.
You will conceptualize and develop new concepts for brand communication and category communication to drive awareness of the brand across offline and online channels.
You will lead the roll out of strong Influencer and PR campaigns as well as manage below the line activations with cross-functional teams.
