We are seeking a motivated and passionate Brand Growth Intern to join our dynamic team within the beauty industry. As a Brand Growth Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and foster brand loyalty. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, and consumer engagement strategies specific to the beauty sector.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement across various channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and events.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand growth in the beauty industry.
• Support the creation of content and visuals that align with brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, including content scheduling, community management, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support in the development and implementation of customer retention strategies, such as loyalty programs and customer feedback initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and the beauty industry.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Passion for the beauty industry with a strong interest in brand marketing and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok Facebook, etc.) and basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Prior internship or work experience in marketing, digital media, or the beauty industry is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
