Job title: Brand Experience ExecutiveFunction: MarketingJG: 8Location:Delhi The Role Reports to: Brand Experience Manager The Role: To grow UB\xe2\x80\x99s visibility and presence in the market through managing key sponsorships and regional events, meeting our strategic objectives, and executing brand engagement. Key Accountabilities:
Execution of new events and sponsorships in line with brand strategies:
Development, communication, and execution of the Brand Experience.
Seek, secure, and retain both image and commercial properties
Responsible to ensure that all sponsorships and events have a signed contract in place.
Working with the Brand Experience Manager for for evaluation new proposals and successful renegotiations of existing properties
Compile an accurate list of all Brand Experience properties, cost, volume, and return enabling the creation and maintenance of a regional database
Prepare and present annual sponsorship reviews using the Heineken CSP tool highlighting UB activities, key achievements both in terms of direct and indirect added value.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for executing on ground event management
Planning and organizing brand events, activations, and experiential marketing campaigns in region.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of brand experience initiatives through metrics and feedback.
Continuously improving and evolving the brand experience based on consumer insights and industry best practices.
Manage and leverage UB\xe2\x80\x99s sponsorship portfolio and negotiate the renewal of existing contracts:
Responsible for the successful management of Brand Experience Portfolio.
Create and build a strong relationship program for key contacts within UB\xe2\x80\x99s key Brand Experience properties to ensure they are managed successfully and UB\xe2\x80\x99s contract rights are delivered.
Optimise the Brand Experience spend, ensure all activity delivers to agreed benchmark.
Work with Sales Managers to ensure sponsorships are being executed correctly across the Region
Identify promotional activities to drive brand awareness
Make recommendations on sponsorship activations at selected events and venues to the Marketing team and act as liaison
Responsible for Procurement and H&S for all brand activations while establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with external suppliers
Excellence in execution of ongoing progress of events to ensure on-time completion.
Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure the business is able to deliver to expectations and drive UB\xe2\x80\x99s revenue targets.
Manage the entire meeting planning process from invitation creation through event completion with both internal and external contacts; coordinate with contacts to ensure contracts are accurate, UB event criteria are received, understood, and implemented.
Responsible for the negotiation of all brand experience contracts to ensure all CSP requirements are adhered to
Brand Experience Infrastructure:
Management of the business relationship between DB and our event supply partners, provide proactive strategic direction for all event infrastructure through the development of formal plans for continuous improvement
Ensure utilization of all events infrastructure.
Ensure auditing of existing equipment takes place yearly.
Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment to include a review on if to retain, recycle or repurpose assets takes place yearly
Key Projects
Acting as a resource to the Brand Experience Manager to lead any projects to the business that deliver brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Education Qualification: Desired but not mandatory Qualification: Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Business Administration Desired experience
Event Management & Sponsorship experience
Deep and extensive relationship in Music, Sports and Cultural events organization
AlcoBev industry experience is highly preferred
4+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
