Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for experienced and client focused, Brand Analyst. As a Brand Analyst, you will oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate is expected to have a deep understanding of current market trends and competition analysis in sectors of healthcare, real estate, education, retail, FMCG, Fashion and e-commerce sectors, possess excellent client relationship skills, and have an in-depth and creative mindset on making PowerPoint presentations. Your role will also be to drive innovative, data-driven campaigns that align with our clients' goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and market opportunities.

Analyze brand positioning, customer perception, and market data to provide actionable insights.

Support the development and execution of brand strategies for various clients.

Collaborate with the creative, media, and strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and brand initiatives using KPIs and performance metrics.

Develop and maintain comprehensive brand reports and presentations for internal and client-facing use.

Assist in the creation of brand surveys, focus groups, and other research methodologies to gather consumer insights.

Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a brand analyst, marketing research, or related role within an advertising agency.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear insights.

Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, market research platforms, etc.).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to internal teams and clients.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with advertising and branding strategies, especially within the agency environment.

Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
