Brand Executive Experience: 3-6Years. Job Role: Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to elevate market presence and achieve business objectives. Designing Brand Collaterals. Developing and designing Brand Kit Design Catalogues Design and overseeing mainline and print related materials. Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape within the laminate industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to create impactful and cohesive brand campaigns. Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels, reflecting the company\'s values and resonating with the target audience. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and differentiation. Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a creative and results-driven work environment. Utilize data-driven insights to measure and report on the effectiveness of brand initiatives, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualification : Must have experience in Fine arts ,Designing, Branding , print media. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in brand management within the laminate or related industries. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
