Responsibilities:
Build Relationships with Key Employees among Customers
Create Plans to Address Clients' Business Needs
Advise Clients on Creating Profitable Processes o Schedule Regular Meetings with Customers to Ensure they Are Satisfied
Act as Point of Contact for Complaints and Escalate Issues As Appropriate
Help Sales Team Up-Sell or Cross-Sell Services and Products
Ensure Both the Company and Clients Adhere to Contract Terms
Study Competition to Find New Ways to Retain Customers
Collaborate With Internal Teams (E.G. Sales, Planning, Senior Management) To Address Customers' Needs
Handling Inquiries coming on company portals & helps to achieve team target.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Requirements:
Proficient in MS office, with working knowledge of CRM
A customer-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Problem-solving aptitude o Ability to work well with a team
